Avocado Chicken Salad

I have seen this recipe float around on Pinterest for quite some time. The reason I finally made it is because I had a bunch of avocados to use and chicken already cooked. Not sure why I waited so long. I normally detest chicken salad, but man, this is REALLY good.
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 2 T. fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
Mash avocado and stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve in pita bread, or on a bed of lettuce, or however sounds good to you.
