Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 small diced apple
- 2/3 cup grapes, halved (none of the grapes in the store met my criteria, so I substituted some fresh pineapple since I had just cut up a delicious one. I'd recommend this substitution!)
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- pita, sandwich, or ciabatta bread. Or whatever you need to make this chicken salad magical for you.
Combine all ingredients, stuff, and serve
