Italian Drip Beef Sandwiches
(aka MY favorite beef)
-adapted from Pioneer Woman. She is my hero.
3-4 lb beef roast
1 can beef broth
3 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 jar of pepperoncini rings, (juice, too)
1 t. salt
1/4 c. water
buttered, toasted rolls (I prefer ciabatta)
provolone slices
Place beef in slow cooker and add all ingredients (except rolls and cheese). Cook on high for 5ish hours or low 10ish hours. Remove beef and shred. Place some beef and pepper rings atop the buttered rolls and top with cheese. Broil until melted. Dip sandwiches in cooking liquid.
