Texas Trash Bean Dip

-adapted from Pioneer Woman
*I'm giving you the full amount, which makes a 9x13 pan. I cut this in half and put it in an 11x7 (8" square also fine). Choose your size and enjoy--I'm sure this will heat up beautifully tomorrow. I'm also gonna try it as quesadilla filling.

-2 cans refried beans (I used refried black beans because that's what I had)
-8 oz brick light cream cheese
-4 cups shredded cheddar and/or monterey jack cheese (whatever you have)
-1 cup light sour cream
-1 package taco seasoning (if you are using a jarred taco seasoning like I did (Penzey's) use enough to season the equivalent of 1 lb of beef)

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together in bowl until smooth, stir in beans, and then taco seasoning. Spread into pan, top with cheese, and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Dive in carefully--it's piping hot!!
