Sweet Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin

For the pork:
2-3 lb. boneless pork loin roast
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup water

For the glaze:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 T soy sauce

Combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub over roast and place in crock pot. Add 1/2 c. water and cook for 6-8 hrs. When it is almost done, combine glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook for several minutes or until thickened a bit. Shred the pork and place on a platter. Drizzle with glaze. Truly fantastic.
